The variable capacitor component includes an insulating substrate 11, a pair of lower electrodes 12 pattern-formed on the insulating substrate 11, a ferroelectric thin film 13 pattern-formed on the insulating substrate 11 and lower electrodes 12, a pair of terminal electrodes 14 pattern-formed right above the pair of lower electrodes 12 and on the ferroelectric thin film 13 to structure a pair of coupling capacitors, an upper electrode 15 arranged so as to cross right above both of the pair of lower electrodes 12 and pattern-formed on the ferroelectric thin film 13 to structure the variable capacitor, and a pair of control voltage electrodes 16 pattern-formed on the ferroelectric thin film 13 and connected to the pair of lower electrodes 12.
