Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily test a switching control circuit of a capacitor array in a temperature compensation circuit for a crystal oscillator.
SOLUTION: Each array is provided with transfer gates 91-96 that are switched on/off with the output of a linear control circuit and a test signal TEST so as to monitor the gate level of each FET switch from a monitor terminal MO. Then only the gate level of the FET switches of the units whose decoder output is active is selectively outputted to the terminal MO.
