A pressure-guide passage, connecting a crank case 9 with an inhalation chamber 4, has a through hole 25 which is formed in a driving shaft 10 and is open at one end on the side. The opening of the pressure-guide passage is changed by facing a center sleeve 22, which is fitted to the driving shaft 10 and moves in the axial direction corresponding to the change of the angle of inclination of a rotary driving plate 19, against the opening of the through hole 25 in the driving shaft 10. Also, introduction of a pressure from a discharge chamber 6 to the crank case 9 is adjusted by a capacity control valve 21, and the angle of inclination of the rotary driving plate 19 is also controlled.
