PURPOSE: To supply smoothly securely lubricating oil to a drive chamber such as swash plate chamber in any conditions of continuous running by providing a bypass path opposed to a communicating path of a spool valve.
CONSTITUTION: A suction path 17 from a suction flange 20 to a suction chamber is provided on the inner periphery with a valve engaging hole 22 in which is fitted a spool valve 23 constituting an evaporation pressure regulating valve 35 to reciprocate in the same direction as the flow of refrigerant gas. This spool valve 23 is provided with a communicating path 34 in the same direction as the flow of the refrigerant gas. And a cylinder block 2 is formed with a bypass path 36 opposed to the communicating path 34 and affording communication between the communicating path 34 and a drive chamber 8 such as a swash plate chamber to facilitate the supply of lubricating oil to the drive chamber 8.
