Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a variable capacity device having a structure capable of easily coping with a plurality of initial capacities.SOLUTION: A variable capacity device includes: a first conductor layer; a dielectric layer formed on the first conductor layer; and a second conductor layer formed on the dielectric layer. The variable capacity device includes one or more variable capacity elements each varying its capacity by applying a voltage between the first conductor layer and the second conductor layer. Then, the dielectric layer is divided into two or more areas in the same layer, and the conductor layer is formed on at least one predetermined area of the dielectric layer.
