A variable capacity element of the present invention includes: a first capacity element C1 connected between a first power terminal and an output terminal CTOP; a capacity selection switch N1 for switching a conduction state in accordance with a capacity switching signal CSEL; a second capacity element C2 connected to the first capacity element C1 in juxtaposition and also serially connected to the capacity selection switch N1; and an error correction circuit 10 for performing setting to allow the voltage of a capacity switching node NDa for connecting the second capacity element C2 to the capacity selection switch N1 to be substantially the same as the voltage of the output terminal CTOP, in accordance with a charge reset signal INITB for resetting the output terminal CTOP to have a reset voltage in a state where the capacity selection switch N1 is in a cutoff state.
