Abstract:
To provide a variable capacity module having an appropriate capacity value when a control voltage is not applied.SOLUTION: A variable capacity module includes a variable capacity element 10 having one end connected with a first terminal AC1 and the other end connected with a second terminal AC2, in which the capacity value changes from the non-zero minimum value to the maximum value continuously according to the voltage value of the first control voltage DC, and the capacity value is maximum when the first control voltage is not applied, one or more capacitive elements C3 connected between the first and second terminals, and one or more switches SW1 connected between the first and second terminals, provided corresponding to the one or more capacitive elements, and are turned ON/OFF according to the corresponding second control voltage S1. The capacity value between the first and second terminals when the first and second control voltages are 0 V, is smaller than the maximum capacity value between the first and second terminals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
