Abstract:
PURPOSE:To allow the same swash plate to be used in a plurality of liquid pressure rotary machines having different capacity variation ranges by installing a tilt control plate for restraining the tilting position of the swash plate between it and a casing, and furnishing a this tilt control plate with a plurality of supporting parts which come in contact with the swash plate. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 4 fitted with a plurality of cylinders 5, 11, 13 is rotatably installed in a casing 1 and engaged by an output shaft 9. A piston 6 is installed slidably in each cylinder, and at the end of this piston 6, a shoe 7 is mounted. A swash plate 8 having a flat and smooth surface 8a with which the shoe 7 is in slide contact, is tilted round a fulcrum 10 by a tilt control piston 14. Therein a tilt control plate 20 to restrain the tilting position of the swash plate 8 is installed between it and the casing 1. This tilt control plate 20 is fitted with a plurality of supporting parts 20a, 20b contacted by the mentioned flat and smooth surface 8a of swash plate 8 and the surface 8b positioned oppositely thereto on the two sides about the fulcrum 10.
