PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably control a rotational position of an eccentric sleeve to a desired rotational position.SOLUTION: In a variable compression ratio device for an internal combustion engine, an actuator 12 that supplies and discharges hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic chamber 13 rotates an eccentric sleeve 11 via a vane 17 to decenter a position of a crank pin 5 to a support hole of a big end part 6, thereby switching a movement state of a piston to a high-compression ratio state or low-compression ratio state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
