Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of suppressing the response delay of a supercharging pressure when a fuel stop control is released by suppressing the lowering of the rotational speed of a centrifugal supercharger when the fuel stop control is further performed during a partial cylinder operation in a variable cylinder internal combustion engine.
When the fuel stop control is further performed while the partial cylinder operation is performed in the variable cylinder internal combustion engine. The partial cylinder operation is stopped at least in a part of a period in which the fuel stop control is performed.
