A pair of supporting arms 34 is protrudingly formed at the rear side face 31b of a lug plate 31 capable of rotation together with a driving shaft, and guide holes 35a, 35b are formed at the front end of the supporting arm 34. A pair of guide pins 33a, 33b locked at the front side face of a swash plate 32 are slidably fitted in the guide holes 35a, 35b. The first guide hole 35a on the rotational direction front side of the driving shaft is formed so that its cross section may be of flat oval shape, having a flat part 89 at the inner periphery of the lug plate 31 side, and disposed, shifting to the swash plate 32 side by the amount of a prescribed offset (d) from the second guide hole 35b on the rotational direction rear side.
