A stationary base plate part includes a sub-bypass port 22g, which connects between a suction chamber 22e and a first compression chamber Va, and a main bypass port 22h, which connects between the suction chamber 22e and a second compression chamber Vb. Assuming that a line connecting a rotational center O of an orbiting scroll and the sub-bypass port 22g is a first imaginary line L1, and a line passing the rotational center O and perpendicular to the imaginary line L1 is a second imaginary line L2, a main bypass port 22h opens at a sub-bypass port 22g side than the second imaginary line L2 so that timing of connecting between the suction chamber 22e and the first compression chamber Va with each other is deviated from timing of connecting between the suction chamber 22e and the second compression chamber Vb with each other.
