Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement swash plate compressor easy in structure and working and capable of preventing torsion and bending moment of a swash plate.
SOLUTION: This compressor includes a swash plate 34 which is slidably fitted on a drive shaft 24 and is changed in inclined angle by a pressure change of a crank chamber, a motion converting means arranged between the swash plate 34 and each piston 50 to convert rotary motion of the swash plate 34 into reciprocating motion of each piston 50 on the inside of each cylinder bore and a hinge means having a supporting arm 40 projecting from a rotating body toward the swash plate 34, an arm 44 having an end part extending from the swash plate 34 and a pin 48 means passing through the other end part of the arm 44. The supporting arm 40 has a guide hole of a depth accepting displacement corresponding to a change in the inclined angle from the one end part surface to the swash plate 34. The supporting arm 40 and the arm 44 are slidably coupled corresponding to the change in inclined angle of the swash plate 34 together with the pin means 48 within the guide hole by the pin means 48.
