A plurality of rolling rollers 19 arranged at a position becoming an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of an outer ring 18 out of a plurality of rolling rollers 19 constituting a bearing 17 are each formed with a short roller 19B. An end of the short roller 19B never abuts on a flange part 18A of the outer ring 18, and a swash plate support body 11 on a casing 2 side does not need to receive, around a cutout part 11E, a thrust load which the bearing 17 receives from a swash plate 12. Even when the swash plate 12 is largely tilted and driven, each short roller 19B can be arranged at the position of the cutout part 11E of the swash plate support body 11, and each long roller 19A can be arranged at the position of an outer ring abutting part 11D.
