To provide seal structure for a variable intake device for improving sealability between a pair of intake aggregating parts, in a case where a control valve constituted of a valve element and a valve seat is formed separately from passage structure.
A semi-circular grooves 24 whose wall faces are inclined to be opposite to each other are formed to an end face brought into contact with partition wall seal 13 as a seal member of a partition wall 6 as structure of a passage component. An outer periphery of the partition wall seal 13 disposed to a base plate 12 is provided with a high central bead 28 and low right and left beads 29 formed so that their height are along a cross-sectional shape of the semi-circular groove 24. Therefore, an outer peripheral part of the base plate 12 is sealed by the contact of tip parts of the central bead 28 and right and left beads 29 with a bottom part and wall faces of the semi-circular groove 24.
