To provide a variable magnetic field generator which can generate a variable magnetic field with surface flux density of 40 mTesla or lower and about 0.5 mTesla at a position 20 cm away therefrom.
A variable magnetic field generator is constituted such that an air-core coil with outer diameter 20-40 cm made of a copper or aluminum winding wire 11 is stored in a case 12 and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. A more uniform electromagnetic field space with coil surface flux density of 10-40 mTesla and flux density of about 0.5 mTesla at a position 20-40 cm away from the coil can be produced by applying a 50 or 60 Hz AD voltage from a plug 15 and a power source cord 16 to continuously pass 500-2,000 AT electric current through the coil. The flux density can be partially increased by attaching a small iron piece to the inside of the coil.
