To provide a variable pad which can prevent decline in resin strength of an injected resin after cure by preventing the air from mingling with the injected resin and which can reduce maintenance work by increasing impact strength and durability and which prevents a reinforcement material from dispersing to the surroundings due to damage to the variable pad so as not to cause inconvenience.

A variable pad comprises a resin bag body 38a, a resin injection port 58 opening at the corner of the bag body 38a, an air outlet 60, and a mesh-like reinforcement material 38b which is formed in a mesh shape using any yarn of polyester fiber, polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber, nylon fiber, vinylon fiber and aramid fiber and which is housed in the bag body 38a, and each opening of the mesh-like reinforcement material 38b is a polygon with one side of 2-15 mm.
