To provide a varible priority device recognizing pilot pressure by set pressure by which a high pressure side control valve for supplying hydraulic operating fluid to a work device for which high load is requested can be made to operate a high load work device and supplying control pressure to a logic valve so that a low load work device may not be driven till pressure becomes the set pressure.

In a variable priority device provided with a logic valve LV which is installed in the pump passage 9A of a low pressure side control valve 5 and interrupts the pump passage 9A in proportion to a prescribed signal, pilot pressure by which a high load work device located at a hydraulic line can be operated is recognized and a sequence valve 25 supplying an output signal to control area of the orifice of the logic valve LV by feedbacking hydraulic operating fluid which is pumped from a pump is provided.
