Abstract:
To change the reactance by impressing an AC voltage to an electrode.
Two electrode plates 2 and 3 face to each other. The two electrode plates 2 and 3 are provided with dielectric layers on the inside faces. A core 4 is provided with a through-hole and is arranged between the two electrode plates 2 and 3, so that the through-hole can be faced to those two electrode plates. The core 4 is formed by providing metal layers on the both faces of a plate made of vinyl chloride. A coil 5 is provided with two terminals, and wound through the through-hole around the core 4. The coil 5 is insulated from the two electrode plates 2 and 3 and the metal layers of the core 4 and is arranged between the two electrode plates.
