Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable make possible downsizing by arranging a constitution such that a magnet material which moves in a shifting direction, including an electromagnet consisting of a shell and a winding around a rectilinear shifting path, is guided mechanically so that it has a degree of freedom of 1 deg. with respect to a shell. CONSTITUTION: A movement-detecting circuit 3 for a mobile magnet member 17 of a linear motor sends a signal shown by sd, regarding the shell of an electromagnet, and a subtracter 4 receives a positive input...a shifting control signal (e) first and receives a signal to show a negative input...shifting sd second, and sends a shifting error signal (ε) regarding the shifting control signal. Then, if a current-amplifying circuit CAC receives an error signal and allows a current flow to the winding 11 of an electromagnet, the attraction of the electromagnet exerts an influence upon the mobile magnet member 17, while causing shifting by the attraction in the direction of a shell 1. A spring 28 keeps the device set constituted of the mobile magnet member 17 and a guide finger 20 in a dynamic equilibrium. Then, the force exerted by the electromagnet is servo-controlled as the number of poles for the movement of the mobile magnet member 17.
