Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a variable speed synchro-system for a manual transmission, and improve shift feeling by arranging a plurality of synchro-levers which are synchronously acted with a frictional surface of a driving gear by pushing a synchronizing ring through a lever part when a clutch sleeve is slid.
SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging parts 1 of circular arc shaped synchro- levers 4 are housed in a key groove 53 of a clutch hub 54 which is rotated interlocking with an input shaft 1, and a lever part 2 extendedly arranged from the locking parts 1 to the vertical upper direction is locked so as to closely adhere its upper end to a bottom surface groove 65 of a clutch sleeve 58. A leg part 3 extendedly arranged from the locking part 1 to the vertical lower direction is disposed freely to push-press a synchronizing ring 61 when the clutch sleeve 58 is slid. A fixing part 5 is formed as a space between the clutch hub 54 and a driving gear 50 for rotating each of cynchro-levers 4 as well as elastically energizing the cynchor-levers 4 in the direction expanded by a spring 7.
