Abstract:
PURPOSE: To keep the safety of a ship and prevent an impact of pitching motion even in the case where one float is damaged by protecting a float in a collision.
CONSTITUTION: Floats 2 are connected to the center hull 1 by plural connector materials, side floats 2 are connected to the center hull by devices 3, 5 capable of shifting vertically, and a deck structure 4 connected to the center hull 1 is so shaped as to cover at the top portion the side floats 2, so that the floats 2 come to belong in the general outline of the trimaran itself.
