Abstract:
To prevent a link arm from being displaced to an unintended position at a timing when both fitted-in arms are not fitted into a spiral groove, and prevent an energizing structure which is provided therefor to be incorporated in a mechanism, from wearing with the rocking of a rocker arm.SOLUTION: An energizing structure 30 is provided for energizing a link arm 20 to a thrust position as a predetermined end in the rocker shaft length direction of the link arm 20 when displaced. The energizing structure 30 consists of a ball latch 37 to be energized by a coil spring 36, and a recessed catch 34 into which the ball latch 37 is fitted. The coil spring 36 and the ball latch 37 can be incorporated in a bottomed hole 35 formed in the rocker shaft 9 or the link arm 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
