PURPOSE: To provide a device for selectively obtaining a lateral or longitudinal vibration by converting both rotating and stopping drive shafts into arbitrary phase difference irrespective of rotation and stop of the shaft by an external one-touch operation to simply and rapidly vary an exciting force generated by a vibration generator and laterally or longitudinally combining first and second vibrating means.

CONSTITUTION: First vibrating means (b) having first and second eccentric weights 11, 12 and second vibrating means having third and fourth eccentric weights 20, 21 are provided in parallel. Telescopix means 22 for converting phase differences of the first, second and third, fourth weights 11, 12, 20, 21 is connected to a second shaft 6 of the means (b), and further first and second interlocking means 12, 14 rotating synchronously with the means (b) and second vibrating means (c) are connected thereto.
