Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent uneven distortional deformation of a spherical surface of a transparent thin film so as to change the focal distance certainly by holding the transparent thin film having the spherical surface by means of liquids having different refractive indexes respectively filling up 1st and 2nd sealed spaces. CONSTITUTION:Both surfaces of a transparent thin film 5 which has a spherical surface and divides the inside of a cylindrical body 2 into the 1st and 2nd sealed spaces A and B are respectively supported by the liquids which respectively fill up the 1st and 2nd sealed spaces A and B and have different refractive indexes. then a curvature changing means 9 which changes the curvature of the spherical surface of the thin film 5 or a liquid quantity changing means which changes the quantity of each liquid while the curvature is fixed is provided on the cylindrical body 2. Therefore, the uneven distortional deformation of the spherical surface of the thin film 5 due to the weights of the liquids can be prevented and the optical axis connecting the vertex of the spherical surface and the center of the sphere formed by the spherical surface of the thin film 5 can always be positioned to the center of the thin film 5. As a result, the focal distance of the thin film 5 can be set in a changeable state.
