To prevent loss of various reference documents, except thick reference documents, obtained at a conference, a study meeting, a training session or the like, which are often held in notebooks, books or the like in a small quantity, by using a storage case for reference documents or the like, and to facilitate taking out the documents required which are stored with relative notebooks, books or the like.

When the storage case 4 for reference documents or the like is fitted to various notebooks, a vinyl plate 6 or the like is provided between the storage case 4 and the sheet of respective notebooks to eliminate problems in writing caused by the thickness of the reference documents or the like. When the storage case 4 is fitted, a double coated tape or the like is put on the rear face of the storage case 4, allowing the storage case 4 to be fitted to the front cover rear face, the rear cover rear face, or both front and rear cover rear faces of various notebooks, documents or the like.
