Abstract:
To provide a watt-hour meter capable of integrating measurement of an electric energy in each unit price rate different according to the magnitude of a used power, corresponding to a rate system for distinguishing a power rate unit price by the magnitude of the used power, for leveling a power demand.
This watt-meter 10 is equipped with A power measuring means (12, 14) for measuring a used power of a load to be measured, a discrimination means (15, 22) for discriminating the used power instantly and for stratifying the magnitude of the used power, and measurers 17-19 for measuring electric energy respectively in each magnitude of the used power stratified by the discrimination means (15, 22).
