PURPOSE: To allow a single cover, set on the rear of a varying prize awarding device, to make both fixing of various wirings and protecting ornamental lamps and reduce the number of parts used and man-hours in installing works by furnishing the cover with a guard member enclosing the lamps from behind and a holding member to fix the wirings including the lamp.

CONSTITUTION: Wirings for solenoid, lamps 66, 95, 100, and switches 80, 81, 90 are concentrated on a junction board and fastened by screw to a boss part in the condition of being located by pin on the rear of a mounting board and a number of harnesses are arranged in connections along the bottom wall 140 of the rear face of a decoration lens 25. A cover 141 works also as a holder for the wirings and is secured by screw to the back bottom of a rear plate 55 through boss part 142. The cover 141 is equipped with a concave shelf to receive falling pachinko balls and a gutter 145 in connection perpendicularly to the discharge path, and the back wall of the gutter 145 constitutes a protection wall 146 enclosing the left and right of the bottom wall 140 of the decoration lens 25 and a holding part 147 for wirings to cover the rear of the ornamental lamp 100.
