PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition of a vault complex comprising a cytokine for activating an immune response against a tumor; and a method for using the vault complex for delivering the cytokine to a cell.SOLUTION: A composition comprises a vault complex comprising a chemokine fusion protein comprising a chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 consisting of a predetermined amino acid sequence and a major vault protein interaction domain. There are also provided: a method of delivering a cytokine to a cell, including a step of introducing the composition to the cell; and a method of stimulating an immune response in the cell, including a step of bringing the composition into contact with the cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
