Title:
VECTOR CONTROL OF MOTOR AND VECTOR CONTROLLED INVERTER DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3262709
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the same accurate and stable rated torque of a motor as obtained in the case that the motor is V/F-controlled over the speed range of the motor even in the case that the wide-use motor is operated by a vector control method.
SOLUTION: In this vector control method, primary current of a motor which is driven by an inverter circuit is detected by a current detector and the detected primary current is divided into current for torque and current for excitation and a primary current command value is divided into a command value for current for torque and a command value for current for excitation and then the motor is controlled according to these values. In this case, the distribution ratio of the detected value for current for torque to the one for excitation is changed by an Iq gain circuit 24 (gain Kq) and an Id gain circuit 25 (gain Kd) and a rated torque characteristic of the motor is changed by changing the distribution ratio.
