The vegetable bagging/binding apparatus for binding the mouth of a bag filled with a predetermined amount of vegetables comprises a bucket 15 for conveying the vegetables received in the bag, a guide 7 for gradually gathering the mouth of the bag, and an arm 20 for gripping the mouth of the bag 45, rotating it in normal and reverse directions, and guiding the bag to a binder or the like 35.
