Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a corer designed to easily core vegetables, equipped with plural coring edges to remove vegetable cores through advancing/retreating slantly from above and/or below relative to a vegetable as object fixed by a relevant means.
CONSTITUTION: This vegetable corer equipped with coring edges 13 and/or 25 to remove vegetable cores through advancing/retreating slantly from above and/or below relative to the upper end and/or lower end of a vegetable 4 as object fixed by a relevant means 1 made up of an upper side plate 5 with a penetrating hole 3 and a lower side plate 9 with a penetrating hole 7. The respective coring edges are advanced/retreated through air cylinders 19 and 27, and the angles between the edges adjacent to each other depend on the kind of vegetables to be cored.
