PURPOSE: To cut food in different ways using one mounting plate by providing vertical cutters and a slice cutter on respective portions of a rotating plate, and providing a mounting plate with a hole to be fitted with the vertical cutters, and a protruding portion capable of covering the hole, which mounting plate can be mounted to the rotating plate in such a manner as being freely attached or detached in two directions with respect to the center of rotation of the rotating plate.
CONSTITUTION: A vegetable cutter has a number of vertical cutters 28 each fixed on a rotating plate, a slice cutter 29 and a mounting plate 30 which can be mounted to the rotating plate 23 in such a manner as being freely attached or detached in two symmetrical directions with respect to the center 0 of rotation and which enables selective use of cutters. The mounting plate 30 has a hole 31 and a protruding portion 32 in symmetry to each other with respect to the center 0 of rotation and also has two openings 33 therethrough; the hole 31 is slightly larger than and so can be fitted with the vertical cutters 28 provided on the rotating plate 23 and the protruding portion 32 is capable of covering the vertical cutters 28 and the openings 33 are each slightly larger than and so can be fitted with the slice cutter 29. When the mounting plate 30 is mounted to the rotating plate 23 the vertical cutters 28 are fitted in the hole 31 or with the protruding portion 32 and the slice cutter 29 is fitted in one opening 33.
