To provide a vegetable packing device in which workability can be improved without double efforts for work by enabling the weight of vegetables placed on a deployed flexible sheet to be adjusted while watching display means.
A vegetable packing device comprises a pair of left and right arms 20 and 23, and a foot-pedal mechanism 33. The pair of left and right arms 20 and 23 support a flexible sheet 24 in an opened/closed state of a deployed state for receiving vegetables and a rolled state for enclosing the vegetables from the outside. The foot-pedal mechanism 33 simultaneously drives the pair of left and right arms 20 and 23. The vegetable packing device further comprises weighing means 52 which measures the weight of vegetables placed on the flexible sheet 24, and display means 6 which visibly displays the weight of vegetables measured by the weighing means 52.
