This vegetable powder composition contains a sheet-like aggregate of a powder shape-retaining material keeping a definite shape at normal temperature, vegetable powder homogeneously mixed with the powder shape-retaining material in the aggregate, a 1st conductive metal plate attached along one side face of the sheet-like aggregate, a 2nd conductive metal plate attached along the other side face of the sheet-like aggregate and a protecting sheet covering the whole assembly. The protecting sheet has ventilation holes on two oppositely positioned side faces.
