To form vegetation composed of various plants independently from vegetation formed on thin soil, e.g. rooftop gardening in addition to the vegetation formed on the thin soil.
The subject vegetation partition body is composed of a belt-like partition material for partitioning soil or the like, elastic support material composed of an elastic bar and a cylindrical fixing tool for inserting both ends of the elastic support material. The both ends of the vegetation partition body are connected to form a circle and the elastic support material is circularly arranged on the inside of a circular vegetation partition material by elastic force by inserting both ends of the elastic support material from both ends of the cylindrical fixing tool, and the partition body arranged by cutting a soil basal layer of rooftop gardening is kept in a smooth shape against soil pressure of the circumference by pressing the partition body from the inside by the elastic force of the elastic support material. The vegetation is independently formed by laminating a water-permeable nonwoven fabric for supplying water by capillary tube action to a mat-like coarse nonwoven fabric made of a synthetic fiber and free from capillary tube action along the inside of the partition and packing soil into the interior of the partition.
