To realize an on-vehicle acceleration indicator enabling a driver visually recognize a mode of variation in acceleration of a vehicle.
A CPU sets a long value to a right count end value 37R when determining that a present display lateral G-level 35 is on a left side of a center and that the present display lateral G-level 35 is on the left side of a previous display lateral G-level 33, and then determines the lateral G-level based on the direction and level of the acceleration output from an information control part to store the lateral G-level in a RAM 30 as a present detection lateral G-level 35. When it is determined that the present detection lateral G-level 35 is on the left side of the present display lateral G-level and that the acceleration in a left direction reaches a maximum, update of G-graphic display temporarily stops by incrementing a right counter 39R until the right counter 39R reaches the right count end value 37R. When the right counter 39R reaches the right count end value 37R, the present display lateral G-level 35 is set on the left side by one to update the display.
