Abstract:
To provide a vehicular air conditioner capable of suppressing deterioration of heating output while defrosting a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioner includes: a plurality of air conditioning units mounted to a vehicle and each having a heat pump cycle to provide air-conditioned air for inside of a cabin; and a control device for controlling each of the air conditioning units so as to enable cooling operation, heating operation and defrosting operation to be executed. When the defrosting operation is required, the control device causes the air conditioning unit excluding the air conditioning units performing the defrosting operation to perform the heating operation during execution of the defrosting operation (Step S30, Step S40). Thus, the vehicular air conditioner can defrost a heat exchanger and suppress deterioration of heating output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
