Abstract:
To uniformly disperse the air quality adjusting material into a passenger compartment by blowing the air stream mixed with the air quality adjusting material from each of a plurality of blowout ports in the passenger compartment.SOLUTION: An air conditioner for vehicle 1 comprises: a face blowout channel 7 which has a plurality of face blowout channels for guiding the air stream to a plurality of blowout ports blowing out the air stream obtained by mixing the cool air passing through an evaporator 9 and the warm air passing through a heater core into a passenger compartment; a def/face damper 15 which switches between the block state blocking an opening through which the air stream flows into the face blowout channel 7 and the circulation state opening the opening; an air quality adjusting part 30 which generates the air quality adjusting material for adjusting the air quality of the air stream; and a chamber part 40 which supplies the air quality adjusting material generated by the air quality adjusting part 30 to the plurality of face blowout channels so as to mix the air quality adjusting material with the air stream flowing to the face blowout channel 7 from the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
