Abstract:
To provide a technique for preventing a user to feel unsatisfaction with a stand-by time till a vehicle arrives.SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation device for responding to a vehicle allocation request from a user includes: a prediction time calculation section for obtaining a first arrival prediction time being an arrival prediction time of a vehicle to a first getting-on position designated by the user; a determination section for determining whether or not to propose a second getting-on position where the vehicle can arrive at a time earlier than the first arrival prediction time; and a proposal section for searching the second getting-on position and proposing the second getting-on position to the user when the determination section determines that the second getting-on position has to be proposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
