To provide a vehicle allocation reservation device, vehicle allocation reservation system, vehicle allocation reservation method, and vehicle allocation reservation program capable of efficiently arranging vehicle allocation of a taxicab with the use of railway service suspension information.SOLUTION: A ticket machine 4 includes: a service suspension information acquisition section 10a for acquiring railway service suspension information on a route of railway stations; a destination information input section 10b for receiving an input of destination information related to a destination for each passenger when the service suspension information is acquired; a tentative reservation request section 10c for requesting tentative reservation of a taxicab to the destination according to the input destination; a reservation information acquisition section 10d for acquiring reservation information of the tentatively reserved taxicab; and an approval propriety input reception section 10e for receiving an input of approval propriety of tentative reservation contents from the passenger when the reservation information is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
