To provide a vehicle approach-reporting device which can generate alarm sound and vehicle approach-reporting sound from a common horn.

The vehicle approach-reporting device includes: an electromagnet horn 1 having a diaphragm 10, an armature 11 and an electromagnet 12 and generating sound by vibrating the diaphragm 10 by absorbing the armature 11 by electromagnetic force of the electromagnet 12; and a driving current supply means 2, 3 switching a first driving current corresponding to an alarm sound to or from a second driving current corresponding to vehicle approach-reporting sound and supplying the switched driving current to the electromagnet 12. The driving current supply means 2, 3 control magnitude, a frequency and a duty ratio of the second driving current.
