To display peripheral information in a range wider than an overhead view image.SOLUTION: A vehicle peripheral information display device 100 comprises: a peripheral information image generation unit 131 that generates a peripheral information image PS indicating peripheral information of a vehicle 1 on the basis of point group data that indicates a distance from the vehicle 1, obtained by a distance sensor 40; a map image acquisition unit 132 that acquires a circumference map image PG of the vehicle 1; an overhead image acquisition unit 133 that acquires an overhead view image PB in the circumference of the vehicle 1; and a display image generation unit 135 that synthesizes the map image PG, a vehicle mark PM that indicates a position of vehicle 1, the overhead view image PB arranged in the circumference of the vehicle mark PM, and the peripheral information image PS arranged in the circumference of the overhead view image PB to generate a display image PD displayed on a display panel 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
