Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle assist grip which can hold a stable use condition and which can be made small-sized.
SOLUTION: A vehicle assist grip is composed of a grip body having at one end a pivotal part 11 and at the other end a guide cylindrical part 13 and incorporating a guide pin 14 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the guide cylindrical part 13, a pivotal bracket 20 for rotatably supporting the pivotal part 11 of the grip body 10 by means of a support shaft 21, a guide bracket 30 having a guide groove 33 for guiding the guide pin 14 between a storing position and a use position, and a turnover spring 40 interposed between the guide cylindrical part 13 of the grip body 10 and the guide bracket 30, for urging the grip body 10 toward the attaching surface of the guide bracket 30 at the storing position, and for urging the same in a direction opposite to the attaching surface at the use position.
