Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle assist grip having an illumination function.SOLUTION: A vehicle assist grip comprises: a pair of fitted parts 31, 41 which are fitted to a roof panel 14; an LED 52; a longitudinal light-guide bar 53 having an outer peripheral surface 53B which emits light injected from a light incident surface 53A; a first cylindrical part 32 extending from the fitted part 31 to the fitted part 41 and covering the outer peripheral surface 53B; and a second cylindrical part 42 extending from the fitted part 41 to the fitted part 31 and covering the outer peripheral surface 53B. A slit 32S is formed in the first cylindrical part 32 to expose the outer peripheral surface 53B to outside of the first cylindrical part 32, and a slit 42S is formed in the second cylindrical part 42. A longitudinal light transmission member 54 capable of transmitting light is engaged with the slit 32S and the slit 42S. A holding part 21 consists of the first cylindrical part 32 and the second cylindrical part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
