To provide a vehicle relating method and device, a roadside apparatus, and a cloud control platform for a technical field of artificial intelligence, especially, an intelligent traffic field.SOLUTION: According to a concrete embodiment, a method comprises: gathering images of a current vehicle traveling on a road in preset cycles at respective observation points; determining, based upon the images gathered within a preset time zone at each observation point, an original observation sequence at the respective observation points for the current vehicle; determining, based upon the original observation sequence at the respective observation points for the current vehicle, a target observation sequence at the respective observation points for the current vehicle; and detecting, based upon the target observation sequence at the respective observation points for the current vehicle, whether the current vehicle is identical at every two observation points. The present invention makes it possible to effectively avoid wrong relating of a single frame image due to abnormality to improve a rate of success in relating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
