To provide a vehicle battery cooling device which can cool a battery efficiently according to a traveling state of a vehicle and an environment etc. around the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery cooling device includes: a water inlet installed on a surface of a vehicle to take rain water into the vehicle battery cooling device; a water storage part which is arranged adjacent to a battery mounted on the vehicle and in which the rain water taken through the water inlet is stored; and a connection pipe for connecting the water inlet with the water storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
