Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling performance of a battery cell by the increase of heat exchange quantity between cooling air and the battery cell, when a cooling passage for making a cooling air flow is disposed outside a battery module.SOLUTION: A cooling passage S through which the cooling air flows to cool a battery cell 21 is formed in section outside a battery module 20. On the internal surface of the cooling passage S, there is provided a salient 34A for generating a turbulent flow in a manner to protrude toward the inside of the cooling passage S and extend to a direction intersecting with the cooling air flow that flows through the cooling passage S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
