Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a required range of accuracy in size, of a composition plane of a connecting member, by installing the connecting member along the inner wall faces of the closed cross section members, and installing a thermal deformation part near the ends of the closed cross section members of the binding member.
SOLUTION: In a connection part of the closed cross section members 3, 4 of a body, a binding member 5 is installed along the inner wall faces of the closed cross section members 3, 4, and a thermal deformation part 5a is installed near the ends of the closed cross section members 3, 4 of the binding member 5. The binding member 5 is installed inside of the closed cross section members, 3, 4 when the closed cross section members 3, 4 are joined by a welding part 5c, so that the welding heat is diffused to the binding member 5 itselt and the inside of the binding member 5, thereby the heat accumulation in the welding part 5 is reduced. Further the binding part has the double structure, so that the deformation by the welding can be prevented. Accordingly the required range of accuracy in size, of the composition plane of the binding member 5 can be widened.
