A length adjustment mechanism is provided on a connection string and the vehicle body cover is connected to the connection string by an adhesive. The rotation of the winding drum is controlled in one direction by one direction rotation mechanism. Further a brush and an absorption material are provided inside the case and the case is fixed in the trunk by a fixing member. By such a constitution, pay-out and take-up of the vehicle body cover are facilitated and the vehicle body cover can be certainly and rightly attached. It can be stored without polluting the inside of the trunk even when it is wet.
